RALEIGH, N.C. (Dec. 29, 2015) — The N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission has closed the following boating access areas due to high water conditions on the Cape Fear and Lumber rivers in southeastern North Carolina.
The agency also has closed the following game land roads due to high water.
Commission staff will assess conditions later in the week and open access areas and roads as conditions warrant.
