SANFORD, N.C. (Dec. 30, 2016) – The N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission has closed waterfowl hunting on a portion of Lee Game Land until further notice.
The Commission closed the area due to illegal placement of bait. The closed area is east of Lower River Road and identified on this map. The game land is located approximately 8 miles northeast of Sanford.
