RALEIGH, N.C. (April 21, 2010) – The N. C. Wildlife Resources Commission’s Hunting Heritage program is sponsoring a trap and skeet shoot for shooters with a disability.
The shoot is scheduled for 9:30 to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 24, at the Durham County Wildlife Club. Turning Point Carolina will offer two levels of trap shooting for beginners and more advanced mobility-impaired participants. The Commission will demonstrate its Huntmaster handicapped hunting lift.
The Durham County Wildlife Club is also a sponsor, supplying the facility and targets at no cost to participants.
