NCWRC License & Vessel Registration Centers are open from 8 a.m.-2 p.m., Mon.-Fri. Please use our website for services related to license purchases, vessel registration renewals and human wildlife interactions. The sales office at Commission Headquarters in Raleigh is closed. The N.C. Wildlife Helpline Call Center (866-318-2401) also is closed; however, callers can leave a voice mail message with their name, phone number and county in which they live, and an agency employee will return their call as soon as possible. A new "NC Wildlife Helpline Chat" is now available for visitors to communicate with an agency employee about wildlife interactions, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Mon-Fri. Wildlife Conservation Land Program

The Wildlife Conservation Land Program (WCLP) allows landowners who manage their property for protected wildlife species, priority wildlife habitats or as Wildlife Reserve Land to apply for a property tax deferment. Landowners must meet all of the following requirements to be eligible for WCLP.
